Upper Allegheny Joint Sanitary Authority Board

The Upper Allegheny Joint Sanitary Authority is the wastewater treatment facility that treats the sewage for Harrison Township. The Joint Authority is made up of the boroughs of Brackenridge and Tarentum, and the townships of Buffalo, East Deer, Fawn, Frazer, Harrison, and West Deer. The Board of Commissioners nominates and confirms two seats on the nine-member authority board each for a term of five years. Authority meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month except August and December at 320 4th Avenue, Tarentum, PA 15084.

Member terms expire the first Monday in January of the year listed.
